Four booked for assault

The police have booked four persons in separate cases of assault.



Bathinda: The police have booked four persons in separate cases of assault. In the first case, complainant Sukhpreet Kaur, a resident of Seikhu village, has alleged that Harbans Singh and Jagtar Singh of the same village had assaulted her over some old dispute. A case has been registered against both under Sections 452, 323, 324 and 34 of the IPC. In the second case, the Rama police have registered a case against Balbeer Singh and Lakhwinder Kaur, residents of Bhai Bakhtaur, under Section 323, 323 and 34 of the IPC. In the complaint lodged by Paramjeet Kaur, a resident of Bhai Bakhtaur, it has been stated that both have assaulted her over some dispute at Sawaich village.

Youth beaten up, 3 booked 

The Civil Lines police have booked three persons for attacking a youth. In a complaint lodged by Prince Garg, a resident of Tiyona, it has been alleged that Ashok Kumar, a resident of Dabhwali, Hani Singh and Jaswinder Singh, residents of Khadhar Bhandhar Wali Gali, had assaulted him with base ball due over some dispute. A case against the accused has been registered under Sections of 325, 323, 427 and 34 of the IPC. TNS
