Four injured in road mishaps

BATHINDA: The first road mishap took place on the Bathinda-Goniana road near the Gillpati bus stand in which three persons were injured after two motorcycles collided with each other.

Four persons were injured in road mishaps here today.

The first road mishap took place on the Bathinda-Goniana road near the Gillpati bus stand in which three persons were injured after two motorcycles collided with each other.

After getting information, volunteers of an NGO, Sahara Jan Sewa, reached the spot and took them to the Civil Hospital.

The injured have been identified as Kuldeep Singh (20), Mahinder Singh (38), both residents of Gillpati and Avtar Singh (34) of Adarsh Nagar. All three victims suffered fractures their legs.

In another road mishap, a person was injured when a car, coming at a rapid speed, hit a motorcyclist near Amarpura Basti, Street Number 3.

The victim has been identified as Avtar Singh (26), a resident Amarpura Basti. He suffered a fracture in his leg.
