Malout, April 19

Congress activists on Thursday hold a protest against the Central government by blocking the Abohar-Delhi national highway for a few minutes. They were demanding justice for the minor Kathua rape victim. The protesters raised slogans against the NDA government at the Centre.

Nathu Ram Gandhi, president, Malout block, Congress, alleged, “Under the BJP rule, women and kids are not feeling secure. The Central government has failed on all fronts. We demand strict action against the Kathua rape, murder accused. They should be hanged till death.”
