PSEB compartment exams to begin from June 23

BATHINDA: The Punjab State Education Board will hold the compartment examination for all subjects of Class XII on June 23 and for Class X between June 24 and July 6.

The Punjab State Education Board will hold the compartment examination for all subjects of Class XII on June 23 and for Class X between June 24 and July 6.

The compartment examination for Class XII will be held at 10 designated centres while that for Class X at six centres.

As per the date-sheet for the Class X, students will appear for compartment examinations in Punjabi A, Punjab History, Sabhyachar A, Maths, Hindi, science, social science, computer science, English, physical education, vocational subjects, drawing and mechanical drawing between June 24 and July 6.

As per the procedure laid down by the PSEB for the examinations, principals of the schools, where the centres have been made, will act as controller.

They have been given the responsibility of collecting the question papers by June 22 and deposit the same in the banks and then withdraw on June 23.

The examination will be held from 11 am to 2.15 pm. In this time slot, 15 minutes have been kept aside to allow the students to read the question papers thoroughly before writing the answers.

The examination will be held at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Arya Girls Senior Secondary School, Khalsa Senior Secondary School, MHR Senior Secondary School. SSD Senior Secondary School, Desraj Memorial Government Senior Secondary School, Guru Nanak Dev Public Senior Secondary School, Shaheed Sipahi Sandeep Singh Government Senior Secondary School, Dashmesh Public Senior Secondary School, SSD Mangatram Mittal Senior Secondary School, Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Talwandi Sabo, Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Maur, Bharatiya Model Senior Secondary School, Rampura, Lala Kasturi Lal Sarvhitkari Senior Secondary Vidya Mandir, Rampura and Fateh Senior Secondary School, Rampura.
