SAD, Cong treating me as enemy: Khaira

Facing ‘trouble’ within and outside theparty for supporting “Sikh Referendum 2020”, Sukhpal Singh Khaira,said things were blown out of proportion by the Congress and SAD in Punjab.

While participating in the 16-day-old protest of Sikh radical leaders at Bargari in Faridkot on Saturday, Khaira said, “in political unison, SAD and Congress leaders in Punjab were treating him as their enemy and accusing him of backing secessionism. But it was SAD(B)’s Parkash Singh Badal who was one of the architects of resolution on autonomy passed at the famous Ludhiana conference in 1978.”
