Trade body appoints chief

Bathinda: A meeting of the Sarafa Association was held on Thursday in the city wherein Darevjeet Thakur was unanimously elected as the new president of the association. He will constitute the new team within a week. Thakur said he would take along all members of the association and the new cabinet would be constituted soon which would work for the betterment of the association and trade. Tarsem Khurmi, Sanjay Jain, Raj Sud, Ajay Singla, Amrik Singh, Sudhir Jain, Rajinder Jain, Ashok Singla, Darshan Gudda, Davinder Jain, Bhupinder Jaura, Gurdeep Singh Jaura, Deepak Grover, Maninder Singh and others were present in the meeting. tns
