Bathinda, February 21

Workers of Triveni Company opened a front against their organisation this morning for not providing them equipment for work.

The workers reached outside the company office and staged a protest by raising slogans.

Nachatar Singh, Balwinder Singh, Sanga Ram, Amarjit Singh, Kuldeep Kumar, Gurpal Singh, Jatinder Kumar, Angrej Singh and others alleged that company officials would tell them to go to different sites without equipment, due to which they were unable to do work and have to face the ire of residents.

They demanded that company should provide them equipment on time.

They also alleged that company had not resolved their previous complaint as the motor at the main water works system was defunct for eight months.
