A 23-year-old youth has allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Amarpura Basti. He was under stress over the past few time. The deceased has been identified as Rajinder Kumar, a resident of Amarpura Basti. The Canal Colony police have recorded the statement of Darshan Singh, the deceased’s father, under Section 174 of the CrPC. According Darshan Singh, his son was under stress because he went to Dubai for job but he didn’t settle there and came back to India. TNS
