Patiala, February 18

New Mehak Cultural Forum will organise an all-India mushaira in memory of the late Prof Hans Raj, an Urdu scholar and freedom fighter, here on February 25.

Prof Hans Raj was born in Sunam in 1923. Sunam was then the district of princely state of Patiala. He passed his matriculation examination from Lahore University in 1939 with distinction.
