Anita Sharma to head city Cong women wing

Chandigarh: Anita Sharma has been appointed as the new president of the Chandigarh Mahila Pradesh Congress. Janardan Dwivedi, general secretary, All India Congress Committee, made an announcement in this connection at Delhi on Monday. Anita Sharma has served as the general secretary of the city unit of the party’s women wing. She practises as an advocate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. She is also an executive member of the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court. TNS
