CM’s flying squad raids sweets units

PANCHKULA:The Haryana Chief Minister’s Flying Squad, in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration, Haryana, conducted raids at three sweets factories in the Industrial Area, here, and took samples of sweets and khoya.

The Haryana Chief Minister’s Flying Squad, in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration, Haryana, conducted raids at three sweets factories in the Industrial Area, here, and took samples of sweets and khoya.

A 13-member team, led by ACP Poornima Singh, conducted raids at three factories, which were making sweets for top sweets shops of Panchkula. The teams also conducted raids in Pinjore, and Kalka and collected samples from various factories.

The ACP said they had collected samples from the units and had sent them for examination. After getting the reports, action would be taken against violators, she added.
