Double delight for Ashish in police games

CHANDIGARH:Ashish Kapoor has won the tennis men's singles and doubles title in the 40-plus age category of the ongoing World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) in Los Angeles, California, USA.



Chandigarh, August 14

Ashish Kapoor has won the tennis men's singles and doubles title in the 40-plus age category of the ongoing World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) in Los Angeles, California, USA. 

This is the fifth consecutive year Ashish has won a medal for India in the police games. Ashish is All India Police Games tennis champion in the singles category for the last 15 years. 

Earlier, Puneet Rana, an inspector in the Haryana Police, won seven medals, including two individual gold medals. — TNS
