The Department of Physics, Panjab University (PU), organised ‘IPA- Prof PA Pandya Endowment Lecture’ on Friday, at Prof BM Anand Auditorium of Department of Physics.

Prof RG Pillay, Senior Professor of TIFR, Mumbai, delivered the lecture on “Search for Neutrino-less Double Beta Decay”.He elaborated upon double beta decay and various sources of neutrino and understanding of the matter-antimatter asymmetry of the Universe.— TNS
