Kher lays foundation stone of two more schools

CHANDIGARH:MP Kirron Kher today laid the foundation stone of two Government High Schools at two different sites in Raipur Kalan.

MP Kirron Kher today laid the foundation stone of two Government High Schools at two different sites in Raipur Kalan. 

The tentative cost of construction is Rs 15 crore for each school. The tenders for the construction of these schools have been allotted and the construction will begin very soon. The target for completion of construction of these schools is 18 months. 


About the schools

The total plinth area of each school is 99,500 sq ft. The schools will have eight classrooms on the ground floor and 15 on the first, second and third floors. The ground floor of the school will also have a medical room. Each school will also have a ramp. Kher had laid foundation stone of two government high schools at Maloya Colony on Tuesday.
