Lalru MC chief sent to 14-day judicial custody

LALRU:Municipal Council president of Lalru Bullu Rana, who was arrested by the Lalru police for allegedly forging documents for his personal benefits, was on Friday sent to 14-dayjudicial custody by alocal court.

Municipal Council president of Lalru Bullu Rana, who was arrested by the Lalru police for allegedly forging documents for his personal benefits, was on Friday sent to 14-day judicial custody by a local court.

The police produced Bullu Rana and Parminder Singh before the Court of Judicial Magistrate (Senior Division) after his two-day police remand ended on Friday.

The Municipal Council president was arrested in connection with an FIR filed against him by Jastar Singh, a resident of Gholu Majra, alleging that Rana had been allegedly using forged documents using two names for his personal benefits. He alleged that Rana also had an Aadhaar card in the name of Kesar Singh.
