Two caught stealing bicycle
Chandigarh: Two youths were arrested while trying to steal a bicycle from Sector 22. Madhav Rana and Arjun Bhandari, both residents of Kansal, were caught while trying to steal Ashwani Kumar’s cycle from his residence on Sunday. TNS
