Chairperson of the Primary Education Committee of the MC Heera Negi along with Deputy Mayor Anil Kumar Dubey and other members — Ravi Kant Sharma and Shipra Bansal and concerned officers — today visited a primary school at Mauli Complex near the Chandigarh railway station.
The MC panel found that renovation work of classrooms, toilets, drinking water facility and other infrastructure was required in the Mauli Complex school.
The officials present there were asked to prepare the work estimates. The team suggested upgrade of the existing infrastructure and other facilities provided in the school in addition to explore possibilities to provide space for playing.
