Chandigarh, February 19

MCM DAV College Club, Sector 36, defeated Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 56, by six wickets to finish third in the Senior State Women's Championship for Dr KBS Dhillon Trophy at Dev Samaj College, Sector 45. 

Batting first, the Sector 45 girls posted 67 runs in 16 overs. Nisha (12) and Chammi (12) were the main scorers.  Radhika claimed four wickets while Sangeeta took three wickets. In reply, the DAV girls reached home (68/4) in 11.4 overs with the help of Divya (29) and Chetna (11). Joyti claimed one wicket. Radhika was adjudged the Player of the Match. The final match will be played on Tuesday.
