Patiala, February 16
A total of 26 accused in the Nabha Jailbreak case, including Harminder Singh Mintoo, Gurpreet Singh Sekhon, Aman Dhotian, Neeta Deol, Palwinder Pinda, were produced in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Gulzar.
The accused were brought from the Patiala, Amritsar and Kapurthala jails as the court was to frame charges against all guilty but since two accused could not be brought from the Bathinda jail, the next date of hearing has been fixed for March 9.
