PGGCG-42 asst prof to present paper in Singapore

CHANDIGARH: Assistant professor in public administration and coordinator of cyber crime course at the Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Dr Nemi Chand Golia, will present a paper at the ‘Third International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP3)’.

Assistant professor in public administration and coordinator of cyber crime course at the Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Dr Nemi Chand Golia, will present a paper at the ‘Third International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP3)’.

It will be held from June 28-30 in Singapore and the theme of Dr Nemi’s paper is ‘Towards Improved Public Distribution System for Sustainable Livelihood of Poor people in India through Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme: An Empirical study of Chandigarh’.

Dr Nemi is also PhD supervisor in Panjab University and students under his guidance have presented research paper in International Conferences in different countries. He has presented research papers in 12 International and 60 National conferences and more than 20 research publications published in journals. This paper is based on an empirical study conducted by Dr Nemi and his team throughout Chandigarh. This international conference on public policy is organised by the International Public Policy Association and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. It is the world’s biggest event on public policy where more than 1,300 researchers, PhD students, and practitioners from more than 80 countries discuss about their research.
