Patiala, May 20

Members of the Residents’ Joint Welfare Association submitted a memorandum to Punjab Cabinet Minister Brahm Mohindra against the rising level of pollution in the city. 

As many as 60 members of the association met the minister during a public meeting. Gurdial Singh Virk, convener of the association, said due to the increasing pollution and the lack of cleanliness, it performed poorly in the Swachh Survekshan-2017. He added that the minister had assured them of a speedy solution of their problems.
