MCM DAV College, Sector 36, beat hosts IS Dev Samaj College, Sector 45, by eight wickets in the Senior State Women's Championship for Dr KBS Dhillon Trophy, here today.
Batting first, Dev Samaj College scored 120 runs in 20 overs with Lata hammering a solid 50. Supriya was the pick of the bowlers for DAV College as she returned with a match-haul of six wickets.
In reply, DAV girls rode Divya's 40-run knock to romp home in 13 overs with eight wickets to spare.
Diksha and Anjali took a wicket each for Dev Samaj College.
