University to launch online admission portal

Patiala, June 17

Punjabi University is all set to launch an online admission portal for admission to affiliated colleges of the University. The project developed by an internal committee will help avoid major inconvenience to students and faculty in the admission process and will check admission of ineligible applicants, say officials. A team is currently conducting a demo of the project with representatives from various colleges and the project will be launched in a couple of days.—TNS
