VP Badnore launches book

CHANDIGARH: “Bayoneting With Opinions”, a book authored by Gen Bhopinder Singh, former Lt Governor, Andaman and Nicobar, was launched by VP Singh Badnore, Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, during an "At Home" at Punjab Raj Bhawan on the eve of the Military Literature Festival.

Chandigarh, December 7

“Bayoneting With Opinions”, a book authored by Gen Bhopinder Singh, former Lt Governor, Andaman and Nicobar, was launched by VP Singh Badnore, Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, during an "At Home" at Punjab Raj Bhawan on the eve of the Military Literature Festival. The Tribune is the media partner for the event.

Addressing a gathering of senior Army officers, Badnore said the day coincided with 69th Armed Forces Flag Day. He said that it was a pleasure to launch the book.

Gen Bhopinder Singh said the book was a collection of 80 articles. The articles deal with matters of political, military, economic and psychological nature. He expressed his gratitude to Badnore for launching the book. — TNS
