Bypoll: Cong banks on Dikshit’s work

To reclaim the Capital, Congress is using the works carried out under Sheila Dikshit to counter the Kejriwal-led AAP in the possible by-elections in 20 Delhi assembly seats lying vacant following the disqualification of the ruling party’s MLAs over charges of office of profit. Ajay Maken said under  Dikshit’s leadership, 30 lakh people were getting ration and 3.11 lakh people were drawing pensions whereas under the AAP rule only 19 lakh have ration cards and only 2 lakh people are on the list of pension beneficiaries. — TNS
