Under "Chanda Bandh Satyagraha", scores of volunteers, including Aam Aadmi Party workers, showed up at ND Tiwari Memorial Hall and discussed how the party has "systematically deviated" from its principles.
"This meeting was held as an initiative "AAP Bachao Aandolan" whose purpose is to restore Aam Aadmi Party's fundamentals. Old and steadfast party workers and volunteers openly stated in the meeting that the corrupt party leadership has systematically diluted its cardinal principles of clean money, Swaraj (inner party democracy) and internal vigilance (internal Lokpal). Lack of transparency has led to these malicious practices," said Dr. Munish Raizada, convener of Chanda Bandh Satyagraha.
"Volunteers and AAP workers unanimously went to protest silently in front of Aam Aadmi Party Headquarters," said Deepak Panchal, an organiser at the venue.
