Audio-visual aids donated to govt school in Hazara

JALANDHAR: The Rotary Club of Jullundur today donated audio-visual aids at Government Primary School, Hazara village.

Jalandhar, February 18

The Rotary Club of Jullundur today donated audio-visual aids at Government Primary School, Hazara village.

Club chairman (literacy) Amarjit Singh said the club had adopted the school and planned to make it a Happy School as per the norms of the Rotary International. The club has build up three toilets, modular kitchen, two hand-wash stations and dish washing area, apart from laying the entire drainage system of the school.

The principal and students were handed over a public address system with two mikes, a television and an RO by club president Harinder Singh and president (elect) Irwindeep Singh. The club also plans to enhance the school’s beauty.
