Movie lovers disappointed

Hundreds of cine-lovers besides customers of VIVA Collage, Jalandhar, are facing inconvenience for the last four days as air-conditioning system of the mall could not work due to power disconnection. Several movie lovers were seen returning from movie halls due to heat and suffocation. It was learnt that the Viva Collage management did not get commercial power connection and even could not deposit the power bill of Rs 12 to 15 lakh, although, an administrative official of the mall said Rs 8 lakh were deposited. A large number of people, including youngsters, who had gone to watch latest movies released on Friday, were seen returning in disappointment. —OC
