JALANDHAR: The city police today booked nine persons, including BJP leader Sheetal Angural under the IT Act, for allegedly using abusive and derogatory language against Harvinder Kaur, alias Minty. Minty had filed a sexual harassment case against Ashu Sampla.



Jalandhar: The city police today booked nine persons, including BJP leader Sheetal Angural under the IT Act, for allegedly using abusive and derogatory language against Harvinder Kaur, alias Minty. Minty had filed a sexual harassment case against Ashu Sampla. Angural, in his various Facebook posts, had repotedly termed Minty as a blackmailer and also raised suspicion over her integrity as a woman. Following this, Minty had approached Police Commissioner Praveen Sinha and urged him to lodge a case of tarnishing her image. The police conducted investigation on Thursday filed a case against Sheetal Angural, Pradeep Khullar, Deepak Luthra, Ashwini Babuta, Dinesh Verma, Rajeev Chopra, Amrit Dhanoa, Sonu Dinkar and Vikas Kapila.
