Bihar today crushed Gujarat (10-0) in the 22nd Senior Women National Football Championship on the third day of the tournament. In the second match between Uttarakhand and Pudducherry, the later defeated the former by 15-0. International athlete Manjeet kaur was the chief guest on the occasion and motivated the players. Also present on the occasion were Kehar Singh, Prof Kirpal Singh Matharu, general secretary of Punjab Football Association Deepak Kumar and Saleem Bakshi from Malerkotla.
Golf camp
The Castle Sports Golf Academy at PAP Golf Range, Jalandhar, will be conducting the Summer 2017 Golf Camp from May 22 to June 19. The major attraction of the 10-day camp is that it is a flexible camp and children can join and rejoin anytime during their summer vacations to complete 10 sessions. The camp is open for both boys and girls of minimum five years. Adults can also participate.tns
