LUDHIANA: The Parsi Food Festival at restaurant Made in India at Radisson Blu Hotel is presenting a storm of flavours on the palate.

The Parsi Food Festival at restaurant Made in India at Radisson Blu Hotel is presenting a storm of flavours on the palate.

Executive Chef Amit Kumar Thapliyal said the diners should look forward to piquant flavours of curry leaves. “The Parsi cuisine is influenced by Sindhi and Gujarati flavours and we have worked on a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for the festival.” Chef Jyot Singh Rana said: “The festival is on till August 20 and has some lip-smacking snacks such as Patrel Parsi style, Green Banana Pattice, Crumb Fried Prawn and Tawa Fried Fish. —TNS
