6 employees found absent at food controller’s office

Mohali, July 29

Assistant Commissioner (General) Avneet Kaur visited the District Food Supply Controller’s office and found six staff members absent here today.

The directions to carry out checking of attendance at the controller’s office in Phase II and the Suvidha Centre in the District Administrative Complex in Phase I were issued by DC DS Mangat.

Mangat said Avneet Kaur carried out the checking at 9.10 am. The officials and other employees found absent include Controller Renu Bala Verma, Narinder Pal Kaur, RP Rani, Lalit Mohan, Manpreet Kaur and Savibaj Singh.

However, nobody was absent at the time of the checking at the Suvidha Centre.— OC
