Kullu, February 17
The body of a youth was found near a hydro project site at Barshaini in Parbati Valley yesterday. The deceased has been identified as Khem Singh (31).
The police said Khem Singh was a truck driver. Kullu SP Padam Chand said the autopsy had been done and investigations were under way. — OC
