Fog delays 16 flights, three trains

Chandigarh, January 21

As many as 16 flights and three trains were delayed today due to foggy conditions.

The Met Department today issued a warning that there would be dense fog for the next 24 hours.

As per the forecast, on Sunday there will be mainly clear sky, along with maximum temperature of 19 degree Celsius and minimum temperature of 7 degree Celsius.

The department reported that the maximum temperature on Saturday was 16.5 degree Celsius, which was three notches below the normal, and the minimum temperature was 6.7 degree Celsius, which was one notch above the normal.
