Govt failed to restore normalcy, says Dhumal

SHIMLA:The state government has miserably failed to restore normal life and fresh snowfall has further crippled life in the state as roads connectivity, power and water supply has been affected.

The state government has miserably failed to restore normal life and fresh snowfall has further crippled life in the state as roads connectivity, power and water supply has been affected.

This was stated by former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition PK Dhumal. In a statement issued here today, he said the bus services had also been affected as link roads were still blocked and the residents were fed up with frequent power cuts while the government was nowhere to be seen. 

He alleged unable to perform their duty, the Congress government was busy in politics of allegations. Citing example of AIIMS, he said the money for the construction would be released after the state government finalised the land and fulfilled formalities, claiming that the state government was blaming the Centre. — TNS
