Mann appeals for peace
Chamkaur Sahib: Amid reports of SAD filing a complaint against AAP, especially its leader Bhagwant Mann, allegedly for inciting people to attack rival leaders, Mann today appealed to his supporters not to resort to violent means.
Mann, who was addressing a rally in favour of party’s local nominee Dr Charanjit Singh, said he was against violence and the allegations of SAD leaders were result of their frustration. Mentioning stoning of cavalcade of Sukhbir and shoe hurling at Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, he said such incidents were result of anger of public against them.
The MP said the SAD believed in violence. He alleged SAD MLA Virsa Singh Valtoha exhorted his supporters to beat up AAP volunteers assuring them protection against such incidents.
SAD asks EC to take action against Mann
