Jammu, March 28
Delhi Public School (DPS), Katra, today organised a graduation ceremony for its students on the school premises here. A musical and cultural programme was presented by tiny tots to mark the event.
On the occasion, messages on ‘Female foeticide,’ ‘Green India,’ ‘Save Earth’ and ‘National Digitisation Mission’ were conveyed by means of fusion songs and dances.
Member of Legislative Council Ajatshatru Singh, Chairman, Maharaja Harisingh Social and Education Foundation Trust, J&K, gave away the medals and commendation certificates to the outstanding performances in academics, sports and performing arts. He also lauded the performance of the students.SS Sodhi, pro vice-chairman of DPS, highlighted the progress made by the school. — TNS
