New parking lot opened

NURPUR, APRIL 24

The Nurpur MC today opened a parking lot to public in ward number two which was inaugurated by local MLA Ajay Mahajan. The parking lot will provide parking facility to 50 vehicles. MLA Mahajan advised vehicle owners to shift their vehicles from Talab Ground in ward number two and park these in the parking lot.

He said the construction of Rs 4 crore parking- cum-shopping complex was in progress and work on Rs 23 crore new government college complex would start soon. The state government was installing LED lights in the town and also proposed two Sulabh toilets at Dakki and Chogan bus stops. — OC
