Now, submit survey forms at e-Sampark Centres

CHANDIGARH: Now, residents can submit forms of the demand survey being conducted for various housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) on a payment of Rs 20 at all e-Sampark Centres in the city.

Now, residents can submit forms of the demand survey being conducted for various housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) on a payment of Rs 20 at all e-Sampark Centres in the city. The forms can also be submitted at the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) complex in Sector 9, Chandigarh. These can be uploaded from on the PMAY-MIS portal.

The forms are now being distributed free of charge at the CHB complex. So far, more than 4,900 forms have been received at the CHB complex apart from more than 36,000 received online.

Notably, the CHB has started conducting the survey for the EWS, LIG, MIG-I and MIG-II dwelling units in the city.The households living in urban areas of Chandigarh are eligible for the scheme.

They should also be residents of the city as on 17.6.2015 and have no house/residential plot anywhere in India.
