Students of Unison World School learnt self-discipline through an adventure trip conducted around the district at various locations which concluded today.
The students of class IV to IX, following the grilling schedule of annual examinations, paid a visit to Camp Aquateraa at Shivpuri, Dugadda, Tons, Joshiana, Viratkhai and Dhanaulti and performed various outdoor activities, including trekking, rappelling, rock climbing, target jump, back packing, tyrolene traverse and beam climbing.
The activities gave the students an opportunity to learn different virtues, such as leadership, team spirit, social consciousness and school spirit. The serenity of the environment and communion with nature gave them time to introspect, appreciate the power of silence and reflect. They returned from the trip, enriched with experiential learning, greater understanding, new aspirations, nostalgic memories and rejuvenated for a new session with elevated hearts.
