A case was filed against Asharaf Mohammad, a resident of Dhaban village, for encroaching government land measuring 6-19-8 bighas under Section 163 of the HP Land Revenue Act on September 5, 1985.

The case was decided recently by the Tehsildar. As per the order, he ordered the eviction of Asharf Mohammad from government land and further imposed a fine on him (equal to the market value of the land encroached).
