KULLU: Kullu Special Judge-II Jia Lal Azad sentenced Lal Chand, a resident of Dimchin village in the Fozal valley of Kullu district, to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on him in a case under the NDPS Act.
