19-year-old burglar held

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police arrested Manoj Kumar (19) of Nut Colony, Chhattarpur Pahari, and recovered Rs 30,370 and other articles from him, said a Delhi police official.

The Delhi Police arrested Manoj Kumar (19) of Nut Colony, Chhattarpur Pahari, and recovered Rs 30,370 and other articles from him, said a Delhi police official. 

In the past few months, burglary incidents have increased in Saket, Mehrauli, Defence Colony, Safdarjung Enclave and Lodhi Colony. 

Manoj was arrested near the Sultanpur Metro Station. He  committed these thefts with his associate Kunal. They use surgical hand gloves to avoid their fingerprints on the scene of crime, said DCP (South District).
