Proclaimed offender nabbed

New Delhi, January 15

The Crime Branch has arrested a notorious criminal of Ganja gang, Rahul Rathi, 29. The accused was evading court proceedings in a case of Arms Act and declared proclaimed offender.

Information was received at ISC, Crime Branch that Rahul Rathi, proclaimed offender in a case of Arms Act of police station Chhawla by the court, would be coming near Dwarka Mor to meet someone.

On the basis of information, a raid was conducted near Dwarka Mor and he was apprehended.  He was involved in cases of land grabbing and extortion in the Najafgarh area.—TNS
