Separate exams for Gian Sagar students

FARIDKOT: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has decided to conduct separate exams for about 1,500 students of various batches of Gian Sagar Medical College, Banur, as the academic and practical studies of these students was affected due to the ongoing crisis in the college.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has decided to conduct separate exams for about 1,500 students of various batches of Gian Sagar Medical College, Banur, as the academic and practical studies of these students was affected due to the ongoing crisis in the college.

After a meeting with the CM and Health Minister, the Department of Medical Education and Research and BFUHS today decided to conduct separate exams for the affected students after making good the loss of their academic activities, said Dr Raj Bahadur, VC, BFUHS.

The university would start the annual and supplementary theory exams for MBBS courses of different batches in May. All students of Gian Sagar college would be exempted from these exams and there would be separate exams for them. — TNS
