Relief okayed for fire-hit families

SHIMLA: Governor Acharya Devvrat today sanctioned Rs 2 lakh through the Himachal Pradesh Red Cross Society for those families which were affected by the fire incident at Kashah village in Chopal tehsil of Shimla district.

Governor Acharya Devvrat today sanctioned Rs 2 lakh through the Himachal Pradesh Red Cross Society for those families which were affected by the fire incident at Kashah village in Chopal tehsil of Shimla district.

The Governor, who is also the Chairman of the State Red Cross Society, directed the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla, to disburse this amount uniformly to the affected families.
