After Punjabi singer Miss Pooja, if there is any female who can be tagged as the singing sensation of Punjab, it is for sure Kaur B. She smiles pleasantly, waiting too patiently to answer every query; she has plans, all lined up neatly for future and she has created her world around music, with her family and close friends as a part of this world. From Miss U, Main Geet Puraney Sundi Han, Killer Eyes and Kaurizm, Kaur B has created a strong niche in this otherwise male-dominated industry.

Guess what I was planning to be?

If not a singer, I would have been a dance teacher. I love dancing and would make a really good master ji!

My travelling partner

My brother; he is one person always by my side whenever and wherever I am travelling. With him beside me, I am assured that everything is fine.

My playlist

You can call me a narcissist here because it is my songs on my list although I do listen to other numbers as well.

Someday in future

I want to collaborate with two great singers, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Gurdas Maan. I hope someday God makes this possible!

Getting ready for the show

I sit quietly for five minutes and pray that everything goes well. When on the stage, as a rule, I start with a religious song. Once, I am through with it I start the real performance.

The best compliment

I often get to hear people telling me that I sing amazingly well. I remember, however, a group of girls walk up to me after the show. They told me that I sang well and had really pretty hair and how I managed them despite the busy schedule!

I owe a lot to

My parents! I would have been nowhere had they not been with me. My father literally sacrificed his entire time to make me reach where I am. And then there are people who supported me in life as well as my fans.

Filmy lanes

I am not getting into Punjabi films, not until I get a good role. And if I were to act, I would love to work opposite Diljit Dosanjh and Jimmy Sheirgill.

Clothing line

I am fond of both traditional and Western clothes. Although I think I look the best in salwaar kameez.

Jazzy, the star

There is one person that I have thoroughly enjoyed working with and it is Jazzy B. I wish to work with him more and more.
