16 IAS, 10 IPS officers shuffled in Haryana

CHANDIGARH: In a major reshuffle, Haryana Government today transferred and posted 16 IAS including two Principal Secretaries with immediate effect. The government also issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IPS and 22 Haryana Police Services officers.

In a major reshuffle, Haryana Government today transferred and posted 16 IAS including two Principal Secretaries with immediate effect.  The government also issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IPS and 22 Haryana Police Services officers.

Sudhir Rajpal, Principal Secretary, Cooperation, has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation, in place of Vineet Garg.

While, Garg has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, in place of Ashima Brar, an official release said.

Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Environment, Monitoring and Coordination, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Cooperation, in place of Rajpal, in addition to his present duties.

Sandeep Garg, Director General and Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board, Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation, has been posted as Secretary, Home-II, and Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections Commission, relieving HCS officer Geeta Bharti of the additional charge.

Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General, Town and Country Planning, Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates, Director General and Secretary, Mines and Geology, has been posted as Advisor and Secretary, Civil Aviation, in addition to his present duties, in place of Sandeep Garg.

Vikas Gupta, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies, Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority, in place of Pankaj Agarwal who has been posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies.

Vijay Singh Dahiya, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, and Managing Director, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation, has been posted also as Director and Special Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, relieving Jagdeep Singh of the additional charge.

Ashima Brar, Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Women and Child Development, Managing Director, Women Development Corporation and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, in place of Amneet P Kumar, who has been posted as Chief Executive, Khadi and Village Industries Board, in place of Sandeep Garg. 

T L Satyaprakash, Chief Vigilance Officer, HUDA, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon and Special Officer for the ‘Happening India-Investors Meet' to be held in February 2016, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Gurgaon, in place of Vikas Gupta, in addition to his present duties.

Vivek Atray, Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula, and Chief Administrator, Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board, Panchkula, has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce, in addition to his present duties.

Garima Mittal, ADC-cum-CEO, District Rural Development Agency, Palwal has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Faridabad, in place of Phool Chand Meena who has been posted as Managing Director, Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd.(Sugarfed).

Meena replaces HCS officer Hardeep Singh who has been posted as Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon and Additional Director, Urban Estates, Gurgaon in place of Anshaj Singh who has been posted as Director, Science and Technology, relieving Apoorva Kumar Singh, of the additional charge.

Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Hisar, has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Fatehabad, in addition to his present duties, in place of HCS officer Rajesh Jogpal who has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Palwal, in place of Garima Mittal.

R S Verma, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Mahendragarh at Narnaul, has been posted as Special Secretary, Science and Technology against a vacant post in addition to his present duties.

Yashendra Singh, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon, against a vacant post.

Major police reshuffle 

The government also issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IPS and 22 Haryana Police Services officers. 

P S Ranga, IGP (Regional Training Centre Bhondsi), has been posted as IG (Police Training Centre), Suneria, relieving Shrikant Jadhav, IGP (Rohtak Range), of his additional charge.

Suman Manjri, IG (Haryana Police Academy), Madhuban, has been posted as IG (State Crime Record Bureau), Madhuban with additional charge of IG (HPA Madhuban), against vacancy and relieving K K Sindhu, Director HPA of additional charge of Director, SCRB.

C S Rao, IGP (Administration), has been posted as IGP (Law and Order).

Sanjay Kumar, on promotion, has been posted as IGP (Administration), an official release said here.

Jagdish Chander Nagar, DIG (India Reserve Batallion), has been posted as Joint CP, Faridabad against a vacancy.

Jashandeep Singh Randhawa, ASP (Hansi), has been posted as DCP (Urban) Ambala.

Astha Modi, Himanshu Garg, Waseem Akram and Ganga Ram Punia, have been posted as ACP Faridabad, ASP Ferozpur Zhirka, ASP Narwana, and ASP (Headquarters Fatehabad), respectively, the release said.

Among the HPS officers, Sunil Dalal, SP (Law and Order), Police Headquarters, Panchkula, has been posted as Comdt. 3rd IRB Sunaria, relieving Shashank Anand, SP Rohtak of the additional charge.

While Surinder Pal Singh, DCP Urban Ambala has been posted as SP (State Crime Branch), Vijender Vij, on re-designation as Additional SP, has been posted as DCP Central Faridabad against a vacancy.

Rajiv Kumar and Jitender Singh have been posted as DSP City Jhajjar and DSP Law and Order, Hisar against a vacancy. — PTI
