AAP to distribute affidavits: Jaihind

BHIWANI, SEPTMEBER 20

The Aam Aadmi Party will make people aware about their rights by distributing 1 lakh affidavits among villagers the latter can ask the panchayat poll contestants to fill in, said Naveen Jaihind, a member of the AAP national executive committee, during a press conference at Dadri town of the district today.

“The party volunteers will fan out in the entire state and would make people aware that they should demand written promises from the candidates or threaten to boycott them if they refuse to do so”, he said.

Taking on the ruling BJP, he said corruption was prevalent in all government offices and the saffron party had failed to rein it in despite making tall promises during last assembly poll. — TNS
