One of the victims ran away from home to escape marriage but landed on GB Road in Delhi and from there reached Apna Ghar, Rohtak, to suffer another cycle of abuse.

The FIR in the Apna Ghar sexual abuse case was filed on her complaint.

During her cross-examination, when she said how one Shamana took her to GB Road and girls used to be sent with people in cars, she was asked whether she also went with people in the car. But the CBI special court came to her rescue and declared the question irrelevant.

She had stayed at Apna Ghar for four to five years.

While telling the court how they used to be beaten up by caretaker of Apna Ghar Jaswanti and her son-in-law Jai Bhagwan, she had broken down. The next she was to narrate the rape incident. The court allowed her to take time and get comfortable.

She narrated that Jai Bhagwan asked her to give him head massage and locked the door from inside while Jaswanti locked the door from outside. She was then raped.

She also told how children used to be sold from Apna Ghar.

She said they were forced to do “bad acts” and were beaten naked.

‘I was raped by three and filmed’

One of the victims told the court that she was raped after four months of joining Apna Ghar, Rohtak.

She is an orphan and was shifted from a shelter home in Yamunanagar to Rohtak.

She told the court that Jai Bhagwan, son-in-law of Jaswanti, raped her twice while Satish, driver of Apna Ghar, raped her once and Jaswant, brother of Jaswanti, raped her thrice. She was assaulted in a hall at Apna Ghar and all of them had committed the rape on a single day.

She told the court that when she was being raped Jaswanti and her daughter Simmi were present in the hall and Simmi filmed it.

When she became pregnant, Jaswanti got the pregnancy aborted. She said she used to send them outside Apna Ghar for sexual purposes to some village.

She used to beat them up with a stick and made them to work in fields.
